From Rejecting Online Classes to Actively Speaking English: A Two-Month Transformation in Attitude “Your money is definitely well spent!”<\/em>\u2014This was the unhesitating comment from Egan’s mom at the end of the interview. As a parent who has tried various methods like in-person English classes, YouTube videos, and even personally teaching grammar, this statement hides a learning journey full of changes and surprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, Egan’s mom enrolled him in an in-person English course, but sitting in the classroom for long periods caused Egan’s attention to wander, and the learning results were less than ideal. They also tried using YouTube educational videos to assist with learning, and even her own grammar lessons\u2014yet the results were still unclear, and Egan wasn’t very interested in learning English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even more gratifying is that school teachers have noticed improvement. They reported that Egan has become more active in class and can now naturally engage in bilingual conversations, with his confidence in learning growing significantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
